MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION INFORMATION

1. Membership fees are not refundable or transferable.

2. Please allow up to 24 business hours for applications to be reviewed and fully processed.

It is mandatory for OSRP members to report to the OSRP any and all complaints to the CRPO made against the member. If a complaint has been made against you, please contact us as soon as possible so we may offer you support through this process. A complaint does not jeopardize your membership at the OSRP, nor your insurance if it is through McFarlan Rowlands on the OSRP's professional liability insurance program.

Fees for Membership

​OSRP membership fees are prorated between January 1 and June 30 of each year.

Clinical and Qualifying

If paid between

• July 1 to December 30, 2023:  full  dues $220.35 ($195 + $25.35 HST). Renew July 1, 2024 for a full year.
• January 1 to March 31, 2024: prorated dues $110.18 ($97.50 + $12.68 HST). Renew July 1, 2024 for a full year
• April 1 to June 30, 2024:  prorated dues $55.09 ($48.75 + $6.34 HST). Renew July 1, 2024 for a full year.

Friend of the Society

If paid between

• July 1 to December 30, 2023: full dues $141.25 ($125 + $16.25 HST). Renew July 1, 2024 for a full year.
• January 1 to March 31, 2024: prorated dues $70.63 ($62.50 + $8.13 HST). Renew July 1, 2024 for a full year
• April 1 to June 30, 2024: prorated dues $35.31 (31.25 + $4.06 HST). Renew July 1, 2024 for a full year.

Student

If paid between

• July 1 to December 30, 2023: full dues $107.35 ($95 + $12.35 HST). Renew July 1, 2024 for a full year.
• January 1 to March 31, 2024:  prorated dues $53.68 ($47.50 + $6.18 HST). Renew July 1, 2024 for a full year.
• April 1 to June 30, 2024:  prorated dues $26.84 ($23.75 + $3.09 HST). Renew July 1, 2024 for a full year.
