Join lawyer Olivia Sikali for a practical introduction to privacy compliance, privacy breaches, PHIPA and CRPO obligations for Registered Psychotherapists.

This 60-minute webinar will cover the foundations of privacy compliance and breach response, including a complete walkthrough of a realistic scenario. Participants will leave with a concrete, step-by-step response plan they can apply if a privacy breach occurs, rather than simply an awareness of the applicable rules.

The session will include time for questions and answers.

During this webinar, participants will explore:

• The foundations of privacy compliance for Ontario Registered Psychotherapists
• PHIPA and CRPO obligations related to privacy breaches
• How to identify and respond to a potential privacy breach
• A step-by-step breach response process
• A practical scenario demonstrating how these obligations apply
• Common questions and considerations for RPs
